Hello world! My first novel is here!

Since my book was released, a number of people asked me how it felt to have a book published. Two different feelings immediately came to mind.  The first was the feeling of giving birth to a  baby and then holding that newborn out to the world where everyone can critique it. The second was what you may have seen or experienced in a junior high basketball game. The player who has never made a basket in a game puts up a shot and it goes in! It is that feeling of “I did it!” 

I hope and pray that each reader of my book will find hope and inspiration to take that next step in his or her spiritual life–that they will forget former things and see the new things that God is doing in and through them.
